How do drops work?
VLK releases in limited runs. A drop opens for about a week. Once it closes, we produce based on the orders that came in, then ship. You're not buying from a warehouse of stock, you're part of the run. When a drop sells out or closes, it's gone.
When will I get my order?
Because everything is made to order, your item ships roughly two weeks after the drop closes. From there it's ground shipping, 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final. Since every piece is made to order in a small run, we don't do returns, exchanges, or refunds. Check the sizing on the product page before you buy, and email us if you're unsure. We'd rather help you get it right up front.
What if my item shows up damaged or wrong?
We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item, email hello@vlkprojekt.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out fast. Once a drop closes and production starts, we usually can't make changes. Email hello@vlkprojekt.com as soon as you can and we'll do what we can before it goes into production.
How do I stay on top of drops?
Get on the list. Drops are small and they move quick, so the mailing list is how you find out first.
